Website Use
By using the OPM Model Agency website operated by BTDMX LLC, you agree to use the website and its services lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, accounts, or content.
Creator Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into OPM Model Agency. BTDMX LLC may approve, waitlist, or decline applications through the OPM Model Agency review process.
SMS Program Terms
Program name: BTDMX LLC — OPM Model Agency Operational Alerts.
Program description: Authorized OPM Model Agency administrators may voluntarily opt in to receive operational SMS/text account notifications from BTDMX LLC, including alerts about new creator applications and other administrative activity.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel. After STOP, no further program messages will be sent unless the recipient opts in again. Reply HELP for help.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account, access or use the Admin Portal, submit an application, purchase anything, or use any OPM service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Access to creator-only features may depend on current OPM membership status.
Content
Users must have the right to submit content they upload or provide. Public-facing creator content may be moderated, hidden, or removed under OPM administrative controls.
