The Office / Management

YOU CREATE.
WE HELP RUN
THE BUSINESS.

OPM management is designed to take repetitive and operational work off the creator while keeping communication clear and expectations understandable.

01

24/7 Fan Engagement

Fan messaging and engagement support designed to keep conversations moving even when you're not online.

02

Monetization Strategy

Support around pricing, PPV, offers, upsells and ways to organize what you sell.

03

Content Planning

Ideas, schedules, scripts and planning so you always know what you need to create next.

04

Promotion

Strategy around social promotion, audience growth and how your public content supports your paid platforms.

05

Performance Review

We look at what's working, what isn't and where there may be money or time being left on the table.

06

Creator Support

A team structure so questions, content needs and day-to-day decisions are not sitting on one person.

Important

MANAGEMENT DOESN'T MEAN LOSING CONTROL.

OPM is there to support the business around the creator. Content boundaries, collaboration preferences and what you are comfortable creating remain your decisions.

Specific responsibilities and access are discussed during consultation and documented before onboarding.

How It Works
No long-term contract

WE'D RATHER
EARN YOUR BUSINESS.

OPM does not use a long-term management contract to be the reason a creator stays. We want creators to stay because the management, communication, support and direction make sense for their business.

That freedom does not mean the process should be judged overnight. The team needs time to learn the account, audience, content, buying patterns and workflow before the strategy can be properly adjusted.

The first 90 days
01

Month One — Learn

Understand the account, audience, current workflow and what is already working. Establish the management rhythm and begin testing.

02

Month Two — Optimize

Use what we learned to adjust messaging, offers, planning and workflow. Keep testing and strengthen what is performing.

03

Month Three — Build On It

By the third month, the team has more account-specific information to work from. Many creators need this kind of runway before the full management process can be fairly evaluated.

Every creator and account is different. OPM does not guarantee a specific earnings amount, growth percentage or timeline.
